Kevin Shaw Obituary News: Victim identified in fatal car-pedestrian collision in Acton.
A pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle in Acton on Thursday is now identified as Sudbury resident Kevin Shaw.
Police said that the investigation is still ongoing into the death of a pedestrian in Acton on Thursday after being hit by a car.
According to a joint statement made by the DA’s office and Acton Police Chief Richard Burrows, Sudbury resident Kevin Shaw’s death is being investigated by Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan. According to preliminary investigations, Shaw was allegedly struck on Great Road at around 6:33 in the morning by the 17-year-old driver of a Subaru wagon.
When the police located Shaw, they took him to Lahey Clinic, where he passed away from his wounds. At the time of the collision, the Subaru’s driver was alone. At the scene of the collision, the driver didn’t leave.
