Don Tedford passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022, the Tedford Campaign announced in a statement.
On Sunday, the statement announced that Tedford has been removed form the voting ballot for the position of Mayor in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
“It breaks my heart to write this post and it will be the last post we do for the Tedford Campaign. Don Tedford has been removed form the voting ballot, he passed away last night,” the statement read.
“He was in a real fight for his life and he never gave up. He has so much fun running for mayor and got to meet so many great people. We appreciate all the voters and good luck to all the Candidates in the election next week.”
