Terry Tackett Car Accident – Obituary: Presto VFD firefighter killed in Pittsburgh car accident.
Terry had a smile that was contagious and he would help anybody before he helped himself.
According to reports, Terry Tackett was in a two-vehicle collision which involved a car and a tractor trailer on the Parkway East in Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
Tackett was on his way to work when the crash happened.
“i am at a total loss for words. i lost my whole world this morning. Terry Tackett was hit / involved in a car accident on the way to work this morning and he didn’t make it,” Terry’s wife, Rachael wrote in a Facebook post.
