Jordan Berelsman Death – Obituary: In Loving Memory of Jordan Berelsman:

Jordan Berelsman has passed away unexpectedly. The circumstances surrounding his death has not been made public at the time of this publication. We ask that at this time, you allow the family to take the appropriate and needed time, to make preparations and grieve as family.

On October 26, 2022, in Toledo, Ohio, Jordan Elaine Berelsman, 22, the daughter of Ron and Bonnie (Waterman) Berelsman of Minster, Ohio, passed away suddenly. On April 3, 2000, she was born in St. Mary’s, Ohio. Her parents, brothers, sister, and nephews Bryan and Natalie Wogerman (Theo, Luke, and Henry), of San Diego, California; Jessica Berelsman, of Lancaster, Ohio; and Joel Berelsman, who resides at home, are left to carry on without her. Jordan was pursuing a teaching degree at the University of Toledo.

Whether it was camping, snow skiing, water skiing, or simply spending time in the woods, Jordan liked being outside. She had a knack for photography and adored seeing new places. She worked as a camp counselor for two summers, one in Maine instructing kids how to water ski and the other in Japan teaching kids how to swim. Jordan was a kind, altruistic person whose smile could brighten any space. Knowing Jordan meant experiencing love and feeling loved. All those who knew her will sadly miss her.

At St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, Mass will be held on Friday, November 4th at 10:00 AM. The event will be followed by lunch and a time for the family to share memories of Jordan. On Thursday, November 3rd, visitors may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster from 2 to 8 PM. Instead of sending flowers, consider making a donation to start a scholarship fund in Jordan’s honor. Plant a tree in Jordan’s memory and care for it; send pictures to the family. This will remember Jordan’s love of the outdoors. You can express your condolences at www.hogenkampfh.com.
