Andre was a bright light in this world and will be deeply missed. His joy, infectious laughter and exuberance for living life to the fullest, touched the lives of so many in the community.
Hurtado has passed away at 34 years of age, an online obituary announced on Tuesday, November 1.
Whoever knew him, knew his family always came first, his “safe and sacred” as he would say, and our hearts break along with them as they grieve the death of a son, a brother, a nephew and more.
