She [Cheryl] was the absolute best. My Mom was such a special person who touched countless lives. She was the heart and soul of my family and made me the person I am today, Bill Melleby wrote via Facebook.

“My dear friend, Cheryl Melleby passed away Wednesday evening. We certainly had great times together at Cherry Hill West for over 25 years, sleepovers at the beach house, and dinners out especially under the bowling alley. Love you to the beach and back Cheryl. You will be truly missed,” a tribute post shared via Facebook read.
