Erin Gatier Obituary News: In loving memory of Deptford Twp. woman killed by ex-boyfriend in murder-suicide.

Erin worked for Compassus Home Health in Willingboro. She was a boss, a friend. She was open and honest. She could talk about anything. She was great at her job.

According to police, Erin Gatier’s ex-boyfriend forced his way inside her Deptford Township home, killing her and then himself.

Officers discovered the bodies of 47-year-old Gatier and her ex-boyfriend, 47-year-old William Beattie of Landisville, after they responded to a home on Ogden Road around 7 p.m. Monday for a welfare check.

Autopsies revealed both Gatier and Beattie were shot.
