Brenda Howell Obituary News – Car Accident: Marion Health nurse killed in head-on crash in Grant County.
An Anderson woman who died in a head-on crash Wednesday morning in Grant County is now identified as 51-year-old Brenda Howell.
Howell was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision which happened at approximately 9:32 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 53rd Street and South Western Avenue in Marion.
According to authorities, preliminary investigation revealed a Dodge Nitro compact SUV driven by Ashley Rose was traveling south on Western Avenue when it crossed into the northbound lane, striking the Dodge Caravan van driven by Howell.
Rose was transported to Marion Health.
