June B. Jones Obituary News – Car Accident: Toney woman killed in Limestone County crash.
In a deadly collision that occurred in Limestone County on Friday, a woman from Toney has been named as the victim.
The accident, which happened Friday at about 11:53 a.m. on Alabama 251 close to Van Dyke Road, roughly 6 miles northeast of Athens, according to ALEA, involved no other vehicles.
June B. Jones, 87, was a passenger when the Chevrolet Equinox she was riding in off the road, hit a culvert, and turned over, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
At the scene, she was pronounced deceased.
