Hunter Valley Bus Crash: 10 confirmed dead after Hunter Valley wedding bus crash following event at Wandin Estate Winery.
According to authorities, the driver of the bus that crashed overnight as it was leaving a wedding in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales and killed at least 10 people has been taken into custody.
After hearing allegations that a coach had overturned, emergency personnel were dispatched just after 11.30 p.m. to the roundabout on Wine Country Drive close to the Hunter Expressway exit at Greta.
As it approached the third exit of the roundabout, the bus overturned, with the passenger side landing on the guardrail. Ten deaths were reported, according to acting assistant commissioner Tracy Chapman of the NSW Police.

The office of NSW Premier Chris Minns stated that 21 more bus passengers were still hospitalized as of 10 a.m.
Four hospitals are providing care for the victims.
At John Hunter Hospital, one patient is in a critical condition, while eight others are in a stable condition.
At Maitland Hospital, five patients are in stable condition.
Two patients are in a stable state at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and five additional patients are in a stable condition at Calvary Mater Newcastle.The 58-year-old bus driver is currently at Cessnock Police Station. The bus has 57 seats.
