On Sunday night on Route 30 in Lancaster County, a motorcycle rider perished in a collision.
Thomas Hartenstine, a 22-year-old Lancaster resident, was the victim, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office. At the scene, he was identified as deceased.
There were some traumatic injuries, which led to death. Just after 7 o’clock in the evening, a collision between three automobiles occurred in Manheim Township close to the Harrisburg Pike Exit.
For almost five hours, Route 30 eastbound was closed due to the accident.
A little after midnight, the road reopened.
