Australian Pilot Deported: Why was Mr Cameron Milne Arrested? Why was he deported?

On Wednesday, May 11, Mr Cameron Lachlan Milne was deported after he served ten weeks in jail in 2018.

The 41-year-old jet pilot served 10 weeks in jail after he abused police in 2018 while he was drunk.

In June 14, 2018 Mr Cameron drank a lot of alcohol at a hotel in the Marina Bay area in the evening.

As stated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in a launch “Cameron Lachlan Milne’s Employment Pass has been cancelled and the Australian just isn’t allowed to re-enter Singapore”.

According to the MHA “zero tolerance of acts of violence against public servants who are carrying out their duties, and will not hesitate to take strong action against those who do so”.

According to reports, on March 18 Mr Cameron was sentenced to ten weeks in jail and was sanctioned to pay $5,000 after he pleaded guilty to the following crimes: Voluntarily inflicting harm to a public servant discharging his obligation, harassing a public servant, and for inflicting annoyance whereas drunk.

Why was Cameron Milne arrested?

Mr Milne and his friends went to drink at Boat Quay on the 14th of June, 2018 then later went to a resort to drink Vodka with his friends.

According to TODAY’ report “At about 1.30am, Milne left the bar to purchase water at a comfort retailer in Marina Square mall, the place a personnel have been finishing up cable set up works associated to the National Day Parade”.

Afterwards Mr Cameron climbed into a worker’s car and began throwing tools round, while supervisor is identified as a police officer.
