Details On Raul Eliah Valle: James McGrath’s Stabbing Suspect Identified And Arrested

In the stabbing of Fairfield Prep student James McGrath, Raul Eliah Valle has been arrested. According to Shelton Police on Wednesday,16-year-old Milford resident Raul Eliah Valle was arrested on charges of murder and three counts of first-degree assault.

The juvenile suspect was ordered held on a $2 million bond and will appear in court on Wednesday as confirmed by the police.

Who Is Raul Eliah Valle?

16-year-old Raul Eliah Valle has been identified as the suspect on the stabbing of James McGrath. He is presently facing one count of murder and two charges of first-degree assault for stabbing 17-year-old McGrath, and others at a home party on Saturday.

According to Valle’s defense attorney on Thursday Jake Donovan, told reporters outside the courtroom, “Obviously, this is a horrible tragedy for everyone involved. Making any pronouncements would be reckless before he has had the opportunity to review all of the facts in the case.”

Valle was at a party on Shelton’s Lazy Brook Road Saturday night for students from St. Joseph High School in Trumbull as confirmed by the warrant.

From Shelton High School a group of students arrived, and a fight broke out between two groups from rival schools.
The matter was shifted to Milford court, and the next hearing is slated for June 7 as stated by Donovan.

According to the police, He was ordered jailed on a $2 million bond and is due in court on Wednesday.
