Then he added that while skating with Mandy Garza, Frazier was 8th at an ISU Junior Grand Prix tournament in Austria in 2010–11 and 5th at the 2011 U.S. Championships on the junior level. In February 2011, Garza and Frazier announced the termination of their cooperation.
Frazier debuted on the Junior Grand Prix in 2011 alongside Frazier and won gold at the 2013 World Junior Championships, becoming the first American pair to do so since 2007.
