Geremiah Hardeman Obituary News – Death: 1 dead, 2 injured in targeted shooting at the Antioch Village Apartments.
According to San Antonio Police Chief McManus, a targeted shooting that resulted in a firearm exchange left one person dead and two others gravely injured.
At the Antioch Village Apartments in the 1500 block of Upland Road, a shooting took at around 12:45 p.m.
According to Chief McManus, a car with many passengers was waiting in the main parking area for a target that was going to be shot. The group started firing when the person eventually emerged to be scooped up by friends.
The accomplices of the target then returned fire, and gunfire was exchanged between the two parties.
At the scene, one person was confirmed as deceased. According to McManus, the victim wasn’t the intended target.
Geremiah Hardeman, 18, has been named as the deceased victim.
The shooting’s two participants were hit and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
