The Atlanta rub parlor assaults that left eight individuals dead Tuesday night provoked responses from a few prominent NBA figures.
The suspect, Robert Aaron Long, 21, from Woodstock, Georgia, was captured and later told police the assaults were not “racially roused,” specialists said Wednesday. Police said two of the casualties were White, while the other six casualties were Asian Americans.
Authorities said the examination is continuous, with specialists not making an authority assurance regarding the intention of the assaults right now. They said the suspect may have a “sexual compulsion” and it was too soon in the examination to say whether they were managing a scorn wrongdoing.
The episode comes all at once where assaults against Asian Americans have expanded across the U.S.
