Adam Rasheed and Khaleed Rasheed Obituary News: Two brothers killed in a fatal collision along the boundary of Dublin and San Ramon
According to authorities and the Alameda County coroner’s office, two brothers perished in a fiery collision on Tuesday night close to the Dublin-San Ramon boundary that may have been brought on by speed. A light pole and a tree were struck by their car at the intersection of Dougherty and Fall Creek roads just before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, killing Adam Rasheed, 25, and Khaleed Rasheed, 23, both of San Ramon.
Dublin Police Capt. Gurvinder Gosal said on Wednesday that when officers arrived, they discovered the burning vehicle. The brothers were inside when the fire department extinguished it. According to Gosal, the driver at the time of the collision, Adam Rasheed, may have lost control of the car.
According to Gosal, the Rasheeds’ car was the only one involved in the collision.
According to the Dublin Police Department, a further investigation will require the closure of southbound Dougherty Road between Fall Creek Road and Willow Creek Drive from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
