Alfred Cornelius Sillem, a long-time Victoria resident well-known for his colourful floral bouquets , popularly known as “The Flowerman,” has died.
Alfred passed away at the age of 77, due to natural causes on Friday afternoon, March 17, 2023, his oldest son Nik Sillem announced. He leaves behind several children and grandchildren.
