Many of you know Sarah as our amazing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We are saddened to share that Sarah lost her husband and life partner this past week, and has asked that we share the following. Please be lifting Sarah and her children in prayer.
Bryan Scott Blizzard was born July 24, 1972, and died March 26, 2023, with his Sarah by his side. He is survived by his wife Sarah Blizzard, his two children Kaiya and Joshua, his mother Elizabeth Ann Blizzard, his sister Donna Blizzard, and brother Jeff Blizzard.
A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held on Saturday April 8th, 2023, from 1-3pm at Faith Family Community Church of the Nazarene 305 Beulah Rd., Winter Garden, FL 34787.
