RIP DALE 💔
Can’t believe this as we have learned of the passing of South Shields local lad and actor Dale Meeks.
Dale was a well loved larger than life character who played the role of Simon Meredith in Emmerdale as well as recently starring in the Raoul Moat drama shown recently on ITV.
He was also an advocate for The Customs House who I know will be deeply saddened by his loss.
Our thought and prayers go put to Dale’s family and friends this evening especially brother Philip.
