It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Dean Polsin on Wednesday April 5th after a long battle with kidney cancer.
There are no expectations, but all are welcome to attend his celebration of life. The details are as follows:
The viewing will be held on Sunday 4/16 from 2-8 PM at Countryside Funeral Home in Bartlett (950 South Bartlett Rd., Bartlett, IL, 60103).
A prayer service will be held at the funeral home at 10 AM on Monday 4/17, followed by a 10:30 mass at St. Peter Damian church in Bartlett.
