Dr. Harold Helms has passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. He was 94-year-old. His death has been confirmed by Glenn Burris, through an online post.

“I was communicating with (Mel) Melissa Helms Freund this morning and found out that her dad, Dr. Harold Helms passed away during his sleep last night, at age 94”, Glenn Burris announced.

“She asked me to post something on her behalf. Dr. Helms was an amazing friend, leader, Angelus Temple pastor, Vice-President of Foursquare and Interim President of Foursquare, ambassador, statesmen, father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather, and apostle!! I loved him. He counseled me so many times.

“He did pre-marital counseling for Debbie and me! He was such a good friend to my parents, as well!! A big hole in many hearts. And a huge hero’s welcome in Heaven!! Well done, Dr. Helms! You fought the good fight, you finished the course, you kept the faith!!”

Friends, colleagues, officials and veterans are sending their condolences and tributes to the family in respect of his death. He will greatly be missed by everyone.
