Mann served Lee County for decades, as a member of the Florida Legislature, both in the Florida House (1974-82) and in Florida Senate (1982-86), and has been on the Board of County Commissioners for the past 14 years.
Frank Mann passed away on Tuesday morning, June 21, 2022, at his home in Alva.
