He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Aldridge and Effie Burleson Aldridge; and his siblings, Virginia Cornett, Francis Dillard, Billie June Watson, Jim and Bruce Aldridge.
He is survived by : his wife Zella; his daughters, Teresa Bunton of Spruce Pine and Christy Coffey (Mike) of Drexel; his step-children, Diane Sudderth (Larry) of Montezuma, Cathy Batchelor (Phil) of Arlington, TX and Jerry Bunton (Leslie) of Jacksonville, FL; his sisters, Tessie Batton of Upland, CA and Merium Broome of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Blake Vance, Lindsey Vance, Annie Bunton, Aiden Bunton, Kevin Ledford and McKensie Watson; his step-grandchildren, Mindy Shook, Levin Sudderth, Daniel Kidd, Ryan Batchelor, Amy Batchelor, Ashely Blakeslee, Seth Burleson and Jessi Burleson; and his sister-in-law Roberta Aldridge. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
