Jerra Woznick and Justin Williamson Car Accident: Second victim dies following solo crash in Grand Rapids.
The two people who died in a crash Sunday night have been named by Grand Rapids police.
According to police, calls came in around 10:30 p.m. about a car that had hit a tree on Walker Avenue near Blueberry Dr.
35-year-old Justin Williamson was driving north on Walker when he seemed to lose control of the car, 24-year-old Jerra Woznick died at the scene. Williamson died at the hospital from his wounds.
According to the department’s release, there is evidence that a speed of more than 100 mph played a role, but at this point, it is not known if the driver had been drinking.
