It is with great sadness the Heritage High School community mourns the loss of longtime Special Education Secretary Mrs. Kim Byrd.
Mrs. Byrd was hired in 1995 at Heritage High School as an Instructional Assistant in what was our then Vocational Education (modern-day CTE). Kim then moved into the position of Special Education Secretary where she has served our school and community for many years.
