Mary Beth Hartill died in the early hours of Wednesday, April 12, at Andy’s House, Hospice Muskoka after a brief battle with cancer, an online obituary announced.
She has worked as a reporter for Metroland for 15 years, covering Almaguin at first then Bracebridge for the last ten. She was an ardent journalist who sacrificed everything for the neighborhood she adored.
