Justice Robin Wynne, of the Arkansas Supreme Court has passed at the age of 70, an online obituary announced on Thursday, June 22.
His cause of death was not disclosed.
Justice Wynne was re-elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court to a second eight-year term in 2022. He was first elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court in 2014.
“It is with great sadness that I must share with you the news of the passing of Justice Robin Wynne last night. Please keep his family in your thoughts during this tragic time. He was a valued member of the Arkansas Judiciary and his loss will be keenly felt,” Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts, Marty Sullivan said in a statement on Thursday morning.
