One of the three people who died in a DUI crash on Monday morning is now identified as Spencer Merrill Jandreau.
According to reports, Spencer Merrill Jandreau along with his 2 friends were traveling to a job sight in the early morning hours when a drunk drive crossed the middle line hitting them head on killing them on impacted.
Spencer had just moved to San Antonio, Texas in January.
