Members of the Laurel VFD are saddened to announce the passing of Terry Thompson, who was a friend and supporter of volunteer firefighters and the LVFD.
Terry went into the fire service in 1969 and never looked back. Terry was currently serving as a Trustee for the Maryland State Firemen’s Association which helps to provide for the widows and orphans of fallen firefighters and was an active life member of the Savage Volunteer Fire Company and a life member of the Fifth District Volunteer Fire Department.
