Troy Pickard Death: Former city of Joondalup mayor and WALGA president has passed away. Troy Pickard reportedly died at the age 48 on Jan. 13, 2022.
Troy Pickard, the former mayor of Joondalup, was also the founder of Bucking Bull. Bucking Bull is a fast-food chain in Australia that Troy founded. However, he sold the company in 2019 after running it for three years.
Troy Pickard, who served as mayor of Joondalup, led both WA and Australia’s top local government bodies and owned the Bucking Bull chain of fast-food restaurants in WA.
“All at the club send our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Kingsley local and former City of Joondalup mayor, Troy Pickard, who has sadly passed away.” Kingsley Westside Football Club Seniors wrote in a statement.
Troy Pickard was selected to Rising Stars. The designation means that he is a top-rated attorney as recognized by peers. He was selected to Rising Stars for 2014 – 2022.
