So sad to hear this morning that Dominic Busby has passed away. This is how I remember him in 1992 when I did work experience at Minster FM. We were in touch on and off over the years since, and he was kind to/had time for everyone he met. Thinking of his family. Rest in peace 💔

Dominic Busby born to broadcast born to share the good we all have in us but never can share more than Dom. Used to think why won’t someone give Dom permanent gig? Yet think all those lives that would have been untouched if that had happened. He loved @YorkshireCCC RIP @Dom_bbc

When someone you care about has lost a loved one, it can be hard to know what to say when sending condolences. But it’s important to say something. Sharing your condolences lets them know you care and offers comfort in one of the hardest times they’ll ever experience. It’s a loving gesture that means a lot.
