Fatal Car Accident on i-95 Today, CT: Old Lyme road reopens following rollover crash
After being stopped on both sides for hours on Saturday due to an overturned automobile, Interstate 95 in Old Lyme has again reopened.
According to CT Travel Smart, the highway’s north and southbound lanes were blocked up between exits 70 and 71. Since then, both sides have reopened. Between exits 67 and 71, there is a stretch of congested road that is more than four miles long.
According to state police, at least one vehicle overturned on the northbound side of the road. LifeStar was contacted, and they came.
According to troopers, there have been serious injuries.
