Gord Dolyniuk Death: Longtime Vancouver city Employee killed in Workplace Accident
Dolyniuk had worked for the city for 32 years and was a truck driver in the engineering streets department.
Gord Dolyniuk, 64, a longtime city of Vancouver employee was killed on Friday January 7, 2022 in a workplace accident that took place at the city’s National Yard location. He was fatally injured.
Staffs tried to safe him by applying life-saving measures but he did not survive it, the inuries he sustained was too fatal.
Vancouver city hall flag and other facilities will be lowered to honor him.
