Hassan Abad Tukan and April Barfieldm Obituary – Car Accident: Two killed in “tragic” Waterboro car accident; Two injured.
Around 7:45 a.m., York County Sheriff’s Office deputies were requested to the 600 block of Townhouse Road due to a two-car collision.
According to officials, a vehicle owned by Southern Maine Transportation struck a car that was also traveling south.
Hassan Abad Tukan, 51, a Westbrook resident and the van’s driver, was reportedly pronounced dead at the site. After being brought to the hospital, two people were later released.
April Barfield, 47, of North Waterboro, who was driving the automobile, also perished in the collision.
