Late philanthropist businesswoman, Christel DeHaan’s Indiana home becomes ‘talk of town’ after it was listed for sale for a whooping $14M on Monday.
The 150+ acre estate is locatef inside Indianapolis’ boundaries. It is also in close proximity with the city’s most notable assets including; Butler University, Newfields, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis International Airport, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and several of the city’s exclusive golf and country clubs.
According to real estate agent, Candace Henderson, the home includes: 61 rooms, 7 beds, 10 full baths and 7 half baths. 25,582 square feet with an additional 16,180 in underground square footage.
Christel DeHaan was a German-American businesswoman and
philanthropist who was the owner of Resort Condominiums International and the founder of Christel House International.
DeHaan passed away aged 77 on June 6, 2020.
