In 2018, a former competitor of the reality TV program “X Factor Australia” was charged with murdering a child.
Earlier today, Mitchell Callaway, 37, was detained in Bowraville, New South Wales, and charged in connection with a nine-month-old girl’s death.
The baby was reported to be unresponsive on July 23, 2018, and emergency services were notified. After being transported to Coonabarabran Hospital, she passed away shortly after.
Since then, a probe known as Strike Force King has been going on. Callaway has been denied bail and is scheduled to appear in court at the end of the month.
