17-year-old Forbush High School student, Norah Smitherman passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
According to Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office, a shooting incident at a residence on Gospel Way Church Rd., Yadkinville was reported to the office via call around 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 4.
Upon deputies arrival on the scene, a juvenile female with apparent gunshot wound was discovered. Yadkin County EMS arrived on the scene and pronounced the juvenile deceased.

Norah Smitherman was studying at Forbush High School. Despite Studying, she was a softball player with shirt no.9.
Norah Smitherman died after a Gun-Shot wound. This happened on Thursday night around 8 pm.
Meanwhile, the police had recently dealt with the loss as an understudy of Forbush High School. The school has yielded today setback beginning and has even held an acknowledgment program for Norah.
After Sunday’s ball game, the school has referenced understudies to convey a purple inflatable to honor Norah. The presentation was made through a tweet through the school’s games’ Twitter handle.
Norah Smitherman’s age was 17-year-old at the hour of her passing. The all out insiders on her birthday have not been revealed now. She lived in her home organized on Gospel Way Church Road, southeast of Yadkinville. Besides, her dead body was recovered by the Yadkin Police power.
