Peter Bogdanovich Death: Director of ‘The Last Picture Show’ and ‘Paper Moon’ Peter Bogdanovich Dies at 82: According to an online obituary, Peter Bogdanovich has passed away. He died peacefully at his home.

“Director Peter Bogdanovich died early today at the age of 82. His daughter says he passed of natural causes at his home here in L.A”, George Pennacchio wrote.

Among the many films he directed:
“The Last Picture Show,” “What’s Up, Doc?,” “Paper Moon,” “Saint Jack” and “Mask.”

“While he was primarily known for being a director, Bogdanovich was also a writer, producer, actor and film
historian.
