Swampscott Car Accident: One killed, another in critical condition following Swampscott single-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning.
A single-vehicle accident was reported to police on Wednesday. Officers responded to the reported crash at 245 Paradise Road at approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, police said.
Upon officers arrival at the scene, it was discovered that a Honda Accord had veered off the road before striking a fence and a tree. The two occupants of the vehicle were transported to a local hospital where one was pronounced dead.
The second victim of the crash was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital where he remains with serious injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
