Vincent Lucchese Has Passed Away – Cause of Death
A 23-year-old man working at a recycling plant in Bloomfield was fatally electrocuted on Friday, authorities said.
Vincent Lucchese, of Tottenville, was allegedly working at 200 Bloomfield Ave. when he was electrocuted, according to police. A city Buildings Department (DOB) spokesman said he was shocked by a steel framed rock crushing machine.
Lucchese was transported to Staten Island University Hospital, Ocean Breeze where he was pronounced dead, said police, who arrived on the scene at 1:40 p.m. Friday.
