Police reported that a Texas man died late on Tuesday, January 25, in a nearby single-vehicle collision.
According to a statement from the Wells Police Department, emergency dispatchers received a call about 11:10 p.m. stating that a car had driven into some trees close to the 600 block of Branch Road.
The driver, Cameron Fore, 20, of Houston, was taken to Maine Medical Center by Wells EMS and Life Flight, where he later passed away from his wounds, according to the police.
With the help of the traffic reconstructionist from the Saco Police, the accident’s cause is being looked into.
