According to an online obituary, We are saddened to announce the passing away of 64-year-old Rhinda Beth Siffin of Clarendon, PA.
Who went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday April 8, 2022.
Rhinda was born October 30, 1957, in Sunbury, PA, the daughter of the late Dr. Donald E. Siffin and Jeannette Mead Siffin, who survives.
Rhinda was a 1976 graduate of Greenwood High School in Millerstown, PA.
She continued her education and attended Pitt Bradford her first year and then received her Bachelor of Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She received her teaching certificate in Special Education. She taught learning support classes at Allegheny Valley in Clarendon, PA and Sheffield, PA.
Rhinda was involved with all of the children in both schools in one way or another. Her teaching career was very important to Rhinda, and she always referred to the students as “my kids.” A cancer survivor of many years.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her brothers Kurt Siffin and wife Lorri K. of Long Neck, Delaware and Kirk Siffin of Harrisburg, PA; a few aunts; nephew Brett McGowan of Millerstown, PA; nieces Dr. Karly Siffin of Philadelphia, PA and Taelor Siffin of Harrisburg, PA; her best friend of many years, Laura Miller of Clarendon, PA; and her furry friend, Peaches.
Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to her entire family for this great loss.
