His height is about 5′ 8”. he did his schooling at Lady of Fatima Convent School, Patiala, and completed his graduation from Punjabi University, Patiala.

Gurinder started doing theatre during college time and did 100+ theatre shows. Later, he moved to Mumbai for his acting career. He hot role in 2004 Punjabi movie Sunehri Jild as Noor Deen.
