According to reports on Friday, October 14, 2022, Orrin Harrison and his wife, Paula Wagnon Harrison were in a horrible accident in Utah on their way home to Dallas.
Orrin did not survive and Paula was care flighted to a hospital in Utah.
There are currently no details concerning the circumstances surrounding the crash, as investigations are ongoing.
