Edward Tuson Obituary – Cause of Death: Sooke culinary legend, Edward Tuson passes away.
Edward Tuson, former head chef of Sooke Harbour House and most recently the purveyor of Black Market Meats on Otter Point Road, has passed away, an online obituary announced on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
His cause of death was not disclosed.
Tuson was a Sooke icon, head chef at the Sooke Harbour House for 15 years, he owned Edge restaurant in Sooke, opened Black Market Meats deli and food truck at Sooke Brewing a couple of years ago. He was always kind, helpful and could create wonderful food.
