Esmeralda Salas Obituary – Death: Victim identified in fatal shooting near downtown-area convenience store in San Antonio.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office have now identified an adult female shot and killed near downtown-area convenience store in San Antonio on Saturday evening as 24-year-old Esmeralda Salas.
Around 6 p.m. on Saturday, San Antonio police said that a gray car with numerous occupants pulled into the parking lot of a Pik-Nik business near South Richter and Guadalupe street, where the occupants got into an altercation with the woman.
Later, the motorist allegedly shot the victim multiple times before fleeing the scene, according to authorities.
After being transferred to a hospital, the victim passed away.
