Elaine Jackson Obituary: In loving memory of MTA bus driver shot and killed at a bus lot near Carroll Park.

40-year-old Elaine Jackson was shot and killed on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at an MTA bus lot near Carroll Park in Southwest Baltimore

According to court records, Jackson was granted a restraining order against her suspected killer four days before she died. She requested the temporary peace order against her co-worker, 53-year-old Leon Douglas Hill, on October 14.
