Brianna Bell Obituary – Cause of Death: One of Astros Youth Academy’s ‘shining lights,’ Brianna Bell passes away.
Bree was a member of the Astros RBI Softball team that won back-to-back RBI World Series titles in 2018-19.
On Sunday, October 30, 2022, Houston Astros announced the passing of Brianna Bell, via a statement shared on Facebook.
“We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Brianna Bell, who was one of our shining lights who went through the Astros Youth Academy,” the statement read.
Her cause of death was not disclosed.
Brianna went on to play softball for Prairie View A&M University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science in just three years. While in college, she stayed active with the Astros Youth Academy, returning for special events and appearances.
