The Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department on Saturday, November 5, 2022, announced the passing of Officer Cara Stumm, via a statement shared on Facebook.
“The members of the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Police Officer Cara Stumm – Badge #199,” the statement read.
Her cause of death was not disclosed.
